The staff were exceptional and the food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. the pool was clean and relaxing, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Located close to public transportation and shops.

The hotel was a bit outdated and in need of a refurbishment. the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the entertainment was lackluster.

We appreciated the entire resort, including service and staff. A view of the sea from our window. Next to reis magos beach. Totally lovely experience.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were delicious and there was always plenty to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the fact that we were provided with clean towels whenever we needed them. The pools were fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds available, so we never had to worry about finding a spot to relax. the hotel provided a kettle in the room upon request, along with daily supplies of milk for our cups of English tea.

One of the only downsides of this hotel was its location. It was a bit outside of the city center, which made it difficult to take the buses to explore the surrounding areas and go for walks in the hills.

The hotel is conveniently located right near the cable car, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. it is not far from the airport, which is a time-saving advantage for families with kids. the hotel is situated down the hill, providing a scenic view for its guests. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and ample storage space. the bathrooms are clean and offer all the necessary amenities. the staff provides excellent service, always attentive and willing to assist. the breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. the pool area is clean and spacious, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone to enjoy.

The evening entertainment could benefit from more diverse options.
